All quality is ensured before the item is shipped and delivered. Products come with hair tips and rules inside packaging. All issues need to be addressed within 72 hours of delivery to ensure satisfaction on the customers end.

IF an item is not on hand there will be a 2 day processing time on top of shipping time.
